Modern luxury bedroom
Ran out of breakfast supplies that were not replaced
Apart from the luxurious villa stlye apartments the little things made the diference for us. The home mixed muesli, fresh fruit daily and the flower petals scattered on the walk in to the villa did not go unnoticed. The service provided by the owner was brilliant. A very warm lady with a geuine interest in her guests. A fantastic place for a getaway.
From the moment I arrived and found a 'welcome' note to the end of my 5 day stay, everything about these villas and the beautiful Veronica was wonderful. A clever concept of private rooms and communal living areas means one can easily befriend and interact with other guests, or be very secluded in the tastefully appointed villa. Veronica called in daily to restock breakfast items such as yoghurt, local museli, juice, milk, bread, local coffee etc and cooking facilities meant one could totally function at ones individual pace any time of the day. The villas also have a clever design to collect and store rain water to fill the beautiful, slightly saline swimming pool. A short walk through bushland leads to the beach and the shopping centre is also an easy walk away. I can't wait to have an opportunity to go back !
I could not fault the villa itself. The only minor detraction was that some people in the next apartment block could be heard with their young children. Not really a problem and you'll get that anywhere.
Amazing facilities, located 3 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to town. The staff (Veronica) made you feel very welcome and accommodated our needs. It was a big part of the reason we had the perfect get away!
Easy access to beach and 10 min walk into town.
Road noise is bad, rooms were not serviced (no towels, toilet paper, bins empted) once during 3 night stay. Upstairs rooms do not have blinds which faces the morning sunrise. Ants are an issue in wet weather due to eco friendly option.
Clean and tidy with a pleasant host but not a lot of local knowledge.
Open court yard needs more privacy.
Friendly welcome cleanliness peace rainwater pool space comfort all day breakfast, fruit bowl, bread, coffee, yoghurt and muesli
I loved the weekend break because the staff were very helpful and caring, The facilities meant we could cook at the Villa and the pool was simply divine so very refresging
Would only say one negative and that was that fan wasnt fast enough and no aircon meant was a little too warm in the rooms.
Comfortable bed & nice location
The facilities were not as quoted on the web site when booking. "TV with DVD player, and a mini refrigerator" . No DVD player to be found or mini refrigerator. "Continental breakfast is provided each morning." Some items are provided for you to make your own breakfast that could hardly be called having a "Continental breakfast provided"
As soon as we arrived at Aaman & Cinta we knew we were in for a luxurious experience. The Villa is beautiful, clean and has a real holiday beachside energy with walking distance to Belongi beach and the town of Byron. The villa layout is fantastic, especially if sharing with other couples or family members. The main open plan kitchen and lounge area faces onto the pool with an abundance of natural light and a visually enticing tropical garden. Veronica was fantastic and made us feel at home with her easy going approach and passion for the villas. The continental breakfast included my new favourite (had to stock up on our way home) of Brookefarm museli, Byron Bay coffee and a convenient water cooler. I travel a lot with work and I do have to say most beds are very standard. Our bed at Cinta was great, very comfortable and nice to slumber in after a hard day at the beach!
Close to beach and main centre of town.
It was located on the main road and so very noisy (Cinta block). Very limited parking off road and the security gate was never closed. Patio off bedroom was very dusty and dirty.
Modern and clean.
I did not like sharing and did not realise it was a guest house. In the room cupboard there was a kettle with some tea bags and sugar but no cups. There was also a small coffee plunger pot but no coffee.
It is deceptive that it is advertised as "guesthouse accommodation for couples in its premium guest suite and Cinta Villa" etc. It’s actually a 3 bedroom share house. The entire time we were there people came and went, all stunned they were sharing a three bedroom apartment with other couples (and new nothing about it until they arrived). Making it very uncomfortable for all involved and we won’t be recommending this accommodation. Its fine to say it’s in the small print, but please come on, word of mouth is the best or worst advertising you can have, and ourselves and the other 3 couples who stayed at varying times will not have a nice word to say.
We came to Aaman&Cinta Luxury Villas because every backpacker was full, but we didn't regret it a second. This Luxury Villa is amazing, big rooms, helpfull and kind staff. Beautiful house and garden/pool area. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday this is the place. We loved it, but it's probably aimed more for 'romantic couple's holiday. Next time we will come back with our boyfriends :)
Excellent room and environment Very clean and new Full and Luxury facilities Friendly owner Good for self-driving traveling A little bit expensive but still want to come back next time
